Domestic Shipping
We offer nationwide shipping in South Africa. We have a few options available at different price points, which will be available at checkout. Shipping normally takes 2-5 working days from the day you receive your waybill details.
Kindly send us a message for overnight shipping for emergencies, we'd love to get your Bébé goodies to you as soon as possible.
International Shipping
We have opened international shipping to the below destinations.
IMPORTANT: The customer takes full responsibility for any customs or additional charges on arrival of the parcel in the destination country. Bébé Cadeaux SA will not be held liable for any importation fees that could incur.
The shipping cost covers Bébé products that fits into a 34 x 32 x 9 cm box, up to 2.5kg

Shipping Responsibility
Please note that we unfortunately take no responsibility for any theft or losses incurred during the shipment process, ownership transfer upon the day of courier dispatch. We only work with couriers we love and trust, however all orders become the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our warehouse. Shipments are covered with insurance up to R1000 and it's the customer's responsibility to request any additional insurance should their order value exceed R1000.
Should there be any issue with a delivery or a suspected loss parcel, kindly inform us within 72 hours to ensure speedy resolution as it becomes increasingly difficult after that period has been exceeded. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
