It starts with choline. Choline supports your baby’s brain and spinal cord development, and most prenatals contain little or none. Ours delivers 450mg daily, in line with current intake recommendations for pregnancy, split across the multivitamin and a dedicated choline capsule.
Alongside choline sits Omega-3, in a dedicated soft-gel most multivitamins leave out entirely. DHA is the dominant fatty acid here, at 356mg daily, the highest concentration in the formula and the one most closely linked to your baby’s brain and eye development, alongside 143mg of EPA for your own cardiovascular and mood support through pregnancy.
Iron comes as 24mg of iron bisglycinate, a gentle form that supports healthy red blood cells and your rising blood volume without the stomach upset many women associate with iron. Vitamin C in the multivitamin supports iron absorption. Folate and a full spectrum of B vitamins support your baby’s early development and your own energy, when your body is asking more of you than ever.
The calcium, vitamin D3 and magnesium capsule looks after your bones and your baby’s. It provides 500mg of calcium and 600 IU of D3, with vitamin K2 (MK-7) alongside. Magnesium totals 150mg across the system and supports muscle function and your nervous system. Zinc supports your immune system through pregnancy.
