Please note: As each piece is handmade, small variations are part of its charm. For babies, soft toys should be enjoyed during supervised cuddles and play and kept out of the sleep space.
My 15 month old is already loving this set. For now it is just fun to pack and unpack the container. She is starting to lace some of the beads if I hold the string. I know we will still get hours of playtime from this set. Some of the beads do not pass the "don't pass through a toilet roll test", so I would advise supervised play for younger kids. This is a super easy set to grab when traveling. The container the set comes in, makes storage easy and convenient. Would definitely recommend. (Will also be a perfect gift, it's one of those things where having doubles won't hurt)
